I had all the side-effects you mentioned with Remeron and I had to quit it after just six days. My experience with Paxil withdrawal was awful,I was on it just two months and the withdrawal lasted one full month of pure hell (cold turkey). I think that SAM-E alleviated my syntoms and I would suggest also benzos if you have to quit the Paxil. The change with Prozac that some has suggested makes sense to me. Good Luck
