Get another doctor. My psychoparm. could go from Paxil to other drugs and not miss a beat.
Remeron is a weird drug. The higher the dose, the less sleepiness and weight gain. It worked fair for me at 60mg but as monotherapy, I've seen few people do any better on it. It's a better augmentor but not with Paxil.
