--------------If this is true, it's quite likely that this is your core problem. Fogginess and fatigue are common symptoms of depression, and hit me hard whenever I'm depressed.
I understand your problem. It's frustrating to feel like you've taken 12 Sudafeds every hour of every day. It feels like what I imagine senile dementia would be like.
Stimulants should help this, but you should also do something about the depression, as this will only get worse until you do. Wellbutrin seems like a good candidate for this, though I'm no physician. When I feel really bad, I also find that intense cardiovascular exercise helps perk me up a bit. 30 minutes a day seems as good as a mild antidepressant, and it's a good idea in general. Anything to jar your system.
It'll take a while for the fog to lift, but hang in there.
