You sound like how I felt in college. I was not on antidepressants then but I should have been. I had severe brain fog, ADD, depression, anxiety, and OCD. I hhad always been like that. My mother had severe depression and OCD and committed suicide. That was about 35 years a go when the meds were not as good as they now are. So I'm sure I have it as a result of genetics.

I think that any of the ADD drugs will help your brain fog. They include straterra, ritalin, adderal, concerta, and wellbutrin. All of these can be taken with Celexa. Wellbutrin is also an antidepressant. Straterra is not an effective antidepressant by itself, but does act as a weak antidepressant.

Just be aware that straterra makes a lot of people tired at first.

Be very agressive with your treatment. Don't be afraid of dosage increases when needed.

I didn't notice if you were male or female. Keep in mind that many antidepressants, such as Zoloft and Celexa, usually cause sexual side effects to some degree. If you are male and experience these side effects, you may want to consider viagra or levitra. There is also cialis which should be available soon.
