I have Bipolar Disorder and OCD. I am very med sensitive, so after reading your post and the other one, where there was a manic type reaction, I am going to pass on inositol for the time being. My pdoc added Buspar yesterday, and I seem to be having an early positive reaction, which is a good sign for me. I know it will take 4 weeks to see if it will really work, but because it is supposed to be a very mild med for anxiety, and possess a small amount of mood brightening properties, I am feeling good about taking it. I am feeling some nausea, but that's about it for first day SE's. That is rare for me and any new med!
