I was on imipramine for twelve years and it worked great- no need for benzos or anything else. I found it to be very soothing and I agree with Britt that you should take it at night. I slept like a baby on it and I was so bummed when it pooped out after twelve years. If it would work again, I'd go back on it in a heartbeat!
