It all came back to me...the vivid dreams, the continual body jerking when I slept, weight gain, etc., My body would jerk so much that I would not only wake myself up I would wake up my husband. I didn't have a problem falling asleep after awhile, but I was on 150mg for over a year. It all went away after I weaned off the effexor. I kind of miss the vivid dreams...lol
