I think you would do better if you stop gradually and not cold turkey. Dump out part of a pill on each day.
At least that's what the other groups on yahoo tell me.

I've stopped it for just three days I've had the "shocks" that seem to have something to do with visual focus and balance. No fun at all. And also more pain, but the sexual side effects lift. Check out what people have written on tripod:
