Hi!
Just had to talk to my pdoc, as I developed cold sores in my mouth and nose. This is very common right before I come down with a cold, but I'm at 200mg of Lamictal, and my husband freaked-reminding me that SJS is a fatal rash. I reminded him that for someone who is already suicidal, that that is not necessarily a bad thing--removes all the guilt from taking my own life, however, he did NOT appreciate my sense of humor.Anyway, the point of my story is when I called my pdoc, he did think I was coming down with a cold, as SJS is usually external (kind of like impetigo), but he also mentioned that the 200mg I was on a *fairly low dose*. So just a follow up to our earlier conversation. I've read your other threads and am glad to see that your se reduced at 75 mg! :)
