hi tina... so nice to hear from you..:)

i'm thinking now that it may not have been the klonopin that day.. the frozen nervousness comes from me & i suspect my other meds, which are all activating, are exacerbating it... which is a little weird, as i've usually been able to overcome the frozen part of my depression and use the energy on activating meds... i think the wellbutrin may be the culprit but i am loath to give it up as i've seen 2 very noticeable changes... i'm not feeling at all suicidal & i have little desire to take pain killers (and that was starting to worry me)

so the combo i'm currently using definitely needs tweaking.. i'm thinking a mood stabilizer like neurontin and maybe the klonopin on an as needed basis... at this point, i have to take something to sleep anyway

and i'm still tapering off the effexor ( which is such a s-l-o-w process) & i've cut my concerta strength... actually i ran out & rather than refill the script the pdoc sent me, i've been using my ritalin sr 20mg instead of the concerta 36mg hoping that might help... i'll ask him for concerta 18mg when i see him next week

so now i feel like i've been rambling so i'd better close... :)

i hope you are well
blessings,
v

> Bummer v. I've taken klonopin for almost 13 years and not had those effects. I hope it is just a mismatched med thing cuz without the klonopin, I would never leave my house.
