Kelly, sorry you are struggling.
Abby wrote a few months ago about having low cycles during the summer, too.
I have had that at times, too. Summer means heat, change, often less structure, often not seeing people who go away, etc. And, baring parts of the body that one might prefer to keep covered. Also, trying to live up to romantic ideals of terrific happy summer life that is drilled into us from early in life by the media, etc. (just look at the tv ads).
