> AnthonyThe book is by Dr. Jerrold Bernstein, and I found it in the library at the med school here. It was geared toward physicians, but I managed to look through it until I found a section on using MAOIs with other meds. I don't remember the
name of the book, but you should be able to track it down by his name. Dr. Bernstein also wrote a newer book on meds. (I haven't seen this one.). Hope you find what you're looking for...Stephanie L.
