According to some literature I read, this is how Buspar controls anxiety - that anxiety is actually caused by overdosing on your own Serotonin, for whatever reasons that may happen. I am sure there are plenty of theories on this as well. I do know that increasing Serotonin levels has never "helped" me in any way.Karen
