Can you guys tell me what SAMe is? It is probably
painfully obvious and i'm missing it.
Is this something I should
be trying? I started Gingko yesterday and will
give it a few weeks to see if there is any improvement
with the sleepiness -I absolutely believe that herbal remedies can
balance, boost, and complement regular meds but of
course it's so different for everyone!Andrea
