I've just begun taking Celexa a week ago. Side effects include slight headache, upset stomach, and groginess. This is my first exoerience with this type of medication. My Dr. prescribed it for a variety of symptoms: moderate depression, anxiety, iritability, difficulty concentrating, anger management. So far so good. It's too early to determine if it's effective.
