I figured it out
The crazies
Spend too much time in their heads
They don't come out
And live
And roll with the punches
Like the non-crazies do
Sometimes the head place is good
It is comfortable
If stressful
Sometimes its such a bad place
And then you can't escape
Cuz its your own head
It can be so bad
Least if the outside world goes bad
you can go in your head
But theres no escape from your head
Thats the problem
That needs to be solved
Make the head safe
Make it not bad
Need to get out
Need to get IN the world
Need to make the head a TEMPORARY refuge
In times of need
Need to make the bad stuff in head go away
So it can be safe, and good
A good refuge
Maybe thats why some people shoot themselves
In the head
To make it go away
Unfortunately
You need your head
Or your dead
