I can feel that she brings depression and pain, maybe, but doesn't she also bring hope? And life? Is she the one who gives you the gift of putting your own life into the beauty you see all around you in the garden?
If I were your H, I would give you the gift of the gasoline for the car, I would nourish your P_____a so she can be accepted too, and be part of you, because she is?
