Mr. Smooth Talker had Many.
#1 He didn't have all his teeth. Missing some that could be seen when he smiled.
#2 He was an alcoholic. It was more important to him than anything else, including me, even though he said I was the most important thing in his life.
#3 He was self employed, which means he worked when he wanted to.
#4 He didn't pay his bills.
#5 I'm pretty sure he never paid income tax.
#6 He lived in poverty AND squaller. Poverty is not the problem, but the squaller was.
#7 He said things he didn't mean.
#8 He used me and threw me away.
#9 He had a small package.
#10 He chewed tobacco, which I'm sure was the reason for fault #1
#11 He always promissed to call, and often didn't.
#12 He chose someone who looks incredibly similar to me. Down to the heigth, body stature, smoking habits, hair color and length........and yet, she is not as good looking as me.
