No, I don't think love is ever completely forgotten. I think that some are able to put it in a box (like Sean) and act like they've forgotten where they hid the box.
Everybody also tells me to let go, to move on with a different person. However I still feel so betrayed and even angry sometimes over his narcissism. And then there are the good memories I have of being with him and how much I still love him. I'm having a terrible time trying to let go and many times I've thought that letting go and feeling peaceful would be uncomfortable because it would feel too good and maybe I feel I don't deserve to feel good.
