Do you think that love is ever forgotten completely, even by the person who left you? That's a thought I've wrapped my brain around on many sleepless nights, and the possibility that the answer is "Yes" has made holding this thought like holding a hot coal. But, I have to admit, it's been six years since my divorce, and I'm still clutching the damned thing and cooking my fingers and feeling that pain. Everyone tells me to just let go, but it's not that easy. Is that how it's been with you? Atticus
