Poet, after they fired you in 2006 did you get another job? The work environment can be unpredictable in terms of stress, so it hard to predict the course of an job situation and every company has it's own style. I have had more difficulty in larger, more impersonal companies and this one is smaller and the people seem more genuine, perhaps since you could be working with everyone.
