Job offer, now Drug Test and Background check

I'm getting nervous about my background check, not so much the drug test anymore since I have been told that Nardil will not show in my urine.

At one job I was at in 1995, I took a medical leave for about 8 weeks and then returned and worked another few years.

At another job in 2005, I took a medical leave to help my father with his PArkinson's and did not return. It was more for the harassment at the job that I felt the need to escape.

And then with my last job in 2006, I took another medical leave and didn't return since I was in a profound depression, which I believe was the result of some pretty chaotic work issues.

Does anyone know if any of these leaves, either personal or family, can be disclosed to my future employer or are they protected by law as private and not relevant to work performance.

Again, I am very nervous, since I got the job and now there will be more digging into any past work history and I'm not sure what can be divulged froma former employer.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed since so much went into getting this job offer and I guess it can be rescinded based on the results of the background check.

I hope The results come out clean but I'm definately worried, not sure whether to be or notsince I don't know what they can release from my file.

Does anyone know anything about this!????
