When I went to a local AA meeting last month, I was extremely upset , crying, and could not look anyone in the eye without falling apart again. At the end of the meeting I was given a blue book and a list of women member's first names and phone numbers to call if I needed to. They had quietly passed this piece of paper around the room during the meeting. The book is available for purchase at most meetings (in my case some folks bought it for me).I think you can buy it on the AA website, too.
