the world will judge it's leaders on how it upholds the rights of it's citizens.

to work.

that means you pay them? you advertise the position and hire the best candidate for the job (that means the one with the capacity to do the job and doesn't mean the one who will prevent and prohibit the job from being done)...

to an edcucation.

but then you would need to supply applications to enrol. and to process the applications to enrol. according to a fair published criterion.

how will you judge afghanastan on things you refuse to allow to your own citizens?
