what would you be doing if he wasn't there?

would you spend most of your time about the house, or would you get out more?
what would you do differently?

i'm just thinking that you said he sort of works from home and you don't leave the house much... well... sounds like a recipe for going bonkers, really. don't get me wrong, i don't go much of anyplace at all without a reason (best thing about seeing ot was the walk there and back).

i just mean... if you want peace and quiet... maybe the thing to do is take your i-pod on a day hike. or something. instead of seeking it at home. i don't know.

i think the progress thing... well... i'm not sure that it is linear with different people at different places on some sort of a hierarchy... but i guess i do think that sometimes people do better apart than they do together.

when you feel like he's driving you bonkers... can you get in your car and drive off for a bit?
