Why does suicide seem like an option?

Posted by Partlycloudy on March 22, 2014, at 19:51:44

I mean, it shouldn't be on the table.
But I hate my life. Watching my husband taking toddler steps becoming a functioning human when I don't think he believes it for a minute.
Only thing holding me here are a bunch of (his) lies and my empathy? Love? It feels like a trap of anxiety that grips my gut and paralyses me.
I can't even tolerate a CD session of Yoga Nidra to soothe my anxiety. Violence sounds good, but practically has been distasterous for me. But someone concentrating on their toes, kneecaps, nostrils, and such is not getting me down. Chemical intervention (hello, alcohol) does the trick nicely expect for making me incoherent.
Shoot, I can't win.

More whining. Do you get blocked for this or just ignored?
