Sounds like mine woke about the same time, had to crawl to the bathroom to urinate. Crawled back and somehow got in the bed. Couldn't move my head or the dizziness was horrible. Went to ER in am the doc used a light to track the movement of my eyes. Said yup vertigo. Gave me 2mg IM of Ativan and a script for antivert. It went away. But this was at the time my thyroid was diagnosed hypo. So somehow mine was connected to the thyroid gland. No vomiting was lucky. P
