yea....im seeing a therpist, well a psycholoist...he's more of a spiritual discssing stuff....but yes he is a licended psychologist....the past i had a couselor...dr-moody...he was the absolutely best i will ever rerember, he left and went to germany...will never forget him, when i was 17 and had to talk to someone
but from the years i've gotten diffrent opinions of doctors, adhd, then depression followed by mood swings....2008 a psych report for the courts said aspergers....impairment on social relms, then couple years went by....the schizoeffective disorders, and thats why im on heavy doses of zypexa...with lamictal....
but really my goal in therapy....is to change old ways of thinking...but im usally annoyed with cognitive behavior therapy....i just rather do it on my own with not paying money for a pdoc....
yea.....im starting school soon...so hope i do not fall off the wagon....but thanks scott for your reponse...
