Hi Marie,
Please forgive my eavesdropping. (I wasn't here during what does sound like a sort of 'golden' time for babble.) I'm 50. while cognitively and emotionally I've made great strides, I find I just need those meds. This past year has been a difficult one in terms of accepting that need. I never thought I'd be taking anything (my younger self speaking to me). So it's a big cognitive shift.
There are some wonderful folks here. I do like the psych board, the social board, the med board. I'm sorry to hear that it sounds like you feel you could be doing better.... Maybe you'll reconnect with some of your old friends :)
