I'm not sure where everyone went. I tried other places, but Babble suits me better overall. Despite everything.
I'm doing ok. I was going to say same old, same old. But I think I'd have to say I'm actually doing much better now. I haven't self injured for a long while. I rarely call for extra session. I've learned lots of tricks to regulate my mood and keep the floor from falling out from under me.
My same old, same old now is better than it was then.
I'm still seeing the same therapist though.
How about you?
