Hi Deneb,
I could relate to your post...been there & done that. It took me over 7 years to get my bachelors for various reasons. It was frustrating & I could be very hard on myself. I had a therapists throughout college & probably couldn't have finished without their help & advice. I remember your post about the therapist to do list & liked that a lot:) Yeah, you are checking stuff off. That is great.It sounds like you have already accomplished a lot with your course work. Awesome. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other & do your best. From my own experience, when I think in black & white terms such as "the last chance in my life" I get into trouble feeling too much anxiety, pressure & emotion.
Have you talked to your therapist about strategies to get through school? It sounds like the list is a good start...
