I can sleep (if not disturbed) about 10 hours. It also relates to how much seroquel I might be taking. I just cut my already small dose down, and I feel more awake than I have in a while.
It takes me a while to wake up too. I usually lay there half asleep for a while, unless that nasty alarm attacks me with its awful noise.
