Good point Kath. My therapist had suggested I set an amount of time and promsie myself I wont quit until it's over, but I'd forgotten. I'm going to say 6 weeks after the initial week of training. So that's 7 weeks total. That will give it a fair chance and I can do anything for 6 weeks. That makes me feel a little more in control. Thanks for suggesting it. :)
