Wishingstar-- Congratulations. How wonderful.
Call the hospital-- there's nothing pushy about it-- that's what people do when they have a job offer, and would like to know if another place might want a chance to hire them, before they're unavailable.
They might thank you for giving them the opportunity to consider you before you accept the other job!
