I've heard Germany is beautiful. For some reason I think nature in different countries is somehow more magical. I guess because over there are places that haven't changed in 1000's of years. I would love to go to one of those ancient forrests where the trees are unbelievably humungous. Or one of those really really old crumbling castles. Or the Pyramids! Or the Coliseum in Greece! Stonehenge! I find things like that so facinating, on an almost religious level. Not to offend people who are religious. Its just the only way I know to articulate it.
Just the beauty of nature, old or new, can fill me with euphoria. In some weird way, my love of nature IS my religion. I've been called an earth mother before. I'm not sure what that means, but it feels right.
I guess I'm sort of talking about two different things, ancient man and nature, but they go together to me.
I hope I get to travel the world some day and see these things. I want to see every corner of the earth - artic, desert, jungle, and whatever else is out there.
