Thanks Sabrina, gardenergirl, Dinah and ll for the advice support and hugs, I have some energy today... the first time in days! :o)
Atypical depression definitely sounds like me (I have seen several not so good shrinks and no one even mentioned that. scratches head)
I do have trouble opening up though so maybe that is why :o(
