I don't think Risperdal targets it specifically in me, gg. I think it's more that it keeps my mood from plunging in reaction to it. And since I'm not in the grip of the physical reactions of distress, I'm able to apply a bit more perspective to my situation.

Not sure if I'm making sense here.

But it's easier to think clearly and sensibly about relationship disturbances when I'm not feeling so awful in reaction to them.
