Last week, my husband picked up a tiny baggie -- one inch across, about -- in the elevator, with a couple of pills in it. We called the police, who said they'd send someone out to get it. Today we called again, and they finally came.
And you know what? I feel OLD! Here I am, saying, "Yeah, we don't want folks like that around here..." "There are kids in this building who could have gotten a hold of it." Et cetera. Just like a middle aged woman would.
OH! I am a middle aged woman. Never mind...
But to make this of any interest to anyone else, the cop told us that tablet style pills like this with something stamped on them tend to be Ecstacy (MDMA), and anything in a tiny plastic baggy with something stamped or printed on it tends to be drugs. Of course that's assuming what's in the bag is actually anything like what it's advertised to be. A lot of that stuff contains no MDMA, or whatever.
So, listen to yer old Auntie Racer, and don't take any street drug unless you've seen the college chemistry transcripts of the guy who cooked it...
