They might find that you have some kind of learning disabilty, and whatever they find, it will help you in the future, your school should then give you accomodation etc.
from what you posted, it sounds like you have a different learning style, maybe you are spatial? visual? there are a lot of people like that, who struggle through school because of learning styles that do not work with the standard methods. Do you learn by doing or watching or discussing? Can you get a tutor?
