In the past few weeks, I decided that I don't knit enough to have all of that yarn around. If I was filling trash bags with it, it was probably about 20 galons of Gold yarn, 10 gallons of left-over stuff, and a shpping bag full of tapestry yarn. I also gave away all of my knitting needles.
Still needing to get rid of stuff, my daughter is now into sewing, so she got my machine, and a box full of fabric, and my baskets full of sewing stuff -- thread, bobbins, shears, etc.
BUT---- I'm not doing cross stitch anymore either. I had some floss around from projects past. Out it went. Then I found a friend who is heavy into cross-stitch, so she got everything else. More fabric, some floss, and books, hoops, etc.
Ok... hafta call it quits soon... while I still have stuff around.
