Butter tarts?

Posted by Larry Hoover on May 21, 2005, at 10:41:59

Anybody got a "thing" for butter tarts?

I bet they are 2000 calories in each one. There is nothing at all redeeming about them, except perhaps the nutrients in the few raisins therein. (I prefer the raisin ones, for some reason, although they come plain, or with pecans.)

I was at the farmer's market this morning. I shouldn't have gone while hungry. And I shouldn't have found those butter tarts. I know them by sight. I know "the ones". There is a magic butter tart maker in the area. I know the magic ones by sight.

I think I can feel my hips expanding already.

And I only had two.

So far.

Damn.

;-)
