i would suggest you trade in your cymbalta for one of these: lamictal, selegiline, provigil, or parnate.
if these meds don't work, you're probably treatment-resistant. in that case, it is best to take a good antidepressant at a *very high* dosage. parnate can be taken at a very high dosage without major side effects (and hits many neurotransmitters), so i would suggest this or possibly selegiline. (lamictal has cognitive side effects at very high doses.)
