bookgurl i am so sorry for the loss of your friend.

with all that is on your plate it is not surprising that you feel down.

all you can do is take care of yourself and ride the waves out.

if you can afford to take some time off, and process these changes in your life, a short vacation may be in order.

that, or hot bubble baths and a good book (or trashy novel), as per your preference.

now's not the time to make important decisions (eg moving) while you're grieving the loss of your friend. remember her, let the pain fade a little, then move on with your life.

treat yourself well and hopefully you will not slide down that slope.

ps - can your partner cook healthy meals for you?
