It sounds like you have an 'agitated' type of depression, which I hear is really uncomfortable. Personally I'm a slug when depressed, and the only place I'm going is further under the covers. I think atypical depressions describes people who have hypersomnia vs insomnia, eat more and have a 'leaden' quality to their physical movements. Please correct me if I'm wrong here- judy
