Why don't I know the Tetley Tea commercial? Some of them just don't break through or might be on channels I don't frequent.
Can you believe there is one commercial I live to hear? It's part of the Hartford Insurance Company's "Thinking Forward" campaign. This commercial is the adult equivalent of a day back in high school when I just happened to flip a channel and hear "Stairway to Heaven" (or "Layla") in its entirety. The musical jackpot.
The great thing about my "favorite" commercial is that there are no voices (hallelujah), just the music of Thomas Newman ("Possibility" from the movie Pay it Forward). It's enough to make me want to buy from Hartford Insurance (now that's the true purpose of advertising, to get you turned on about, of all things, insurance).
I love his quirky musical scores/soundtracks - American Beauty, The Player, Six Feet Under, etc.
