OK, Sienna, you have to stand exactly where you were, holding something about the size of your passport, visualizing the room about like it was in terms of furniture/piles of papers/etc., and get into a zone where you can role play the situation (being both you and the cleaning helping person). You stand like you stood, you start where you found it, you repeat the dialog, down to the last detail you can remember...all the way thru to putting it away.
You may have to do it several times, but it could work. It's important to get into the zone, tho.
Next....hypnosis.
