Definately more than once/yes clusters/yes it does go away . Some days are worse , usually after a dream-ridden sleep . It's like someones got a slide projector in my head showing slides very fast...or repeating the same image over and over again but the image isn't clear.

Long time..Without meds (SSRI)it's usually got a bad feeling of dread/fear/paranoia
or intense euphoria with extremely pleasurable physical/mental 'rushes'..like yourself so many strange things that I'd be afraid to discuss incase docs would think I'm real nuts and force anti-psychotics into me : )
People used to think I took a lot of drugs-but I didn't ...before prescribed drugs.> I don't mean to scare you, just when I hear (or read) about someone having your type of feelings, or similar, I always suggest TLE. I had no idea what was wrong with me when I was younger, before I ever told anyone about my "spells". I thought I was going nuts.
Nothing much scares me nowadays ..
