I'm so sorry you are having a rough time now. Since that seems to be episodic for you I can only hope it passes quickly. Insomnia is the worst, and as others posted meds don't help. I'm sure you know all the rules of good sleep hygiene- maybe if you review them now? And try to step up the therapy sessions for support during this time. As far as being a role model for your daughter, I'm certain that children know when their parent unconditionally loves them (I know mine do), and she probably feels the same about you. Know what helps me?- I put a sleeping bag next to my baby's crib and watch her sleep, and before I know it I'm asleep too. just a thought. take care of yourself, judy
