That's why I said there's a problem with soda. I've had to take Zantac because of gastritis. I stopped soda and haven't had the need for Zantac.

Why ice, indeed? Why can't we get ice in Europe for our sodas? Or our pops? Especially since the refrigeration there is much less cold than ours!

Ice is probably used because it takes up more space and makes the product more profitable. But, frankly, if they stopped using ice, we'd probably stop ordering soda.

Pop is used in the mid-west, I think. But we all usually just order by the brand or type (Gimme a Coke, and hurry up about it!).
