You are probably right, however, wouldn't it be just as effective to send him an email, saying I don't feel like going and don't want to talk? He will pick up on it, that's the problem because he'll GET me talking, and I don't want to talk to him about it. I need you guys because you are impartial, and most likely have been there at one point.
